Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from QTag. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return, exchange, and refund process.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility (7-Day Policy)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The QR tag is defective or not functioning properly
- You received the wrong product
- You no longer wish to keep the product (personal reasons accepted within 7 days)
Conditions:
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused and not activated/registered
- Must be in original packaging
- Must include invoice or proof of purchase
- Must be in resellable condition (no damage or wear)
After 7 days from delivery, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, contact our support team:

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
3. Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in normal cases
- If the product is defective or wrong item was delivered, QTag will cover the return shipping
We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping the tracking ID for reference.
4. Product Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned product:
- Our team will inspect the item
- If approved, we will process your exchange or refund
- Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Online Payments
If you paid via:
- Debit/Credit Card
- JazzCash / Easypaisa / Nayapay
- Any online payment method
Your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method (where possible).
5.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you paid via COD:
- Our team will contact you for your bank account details
- Refund will be transferred within 7–10 working days
6. Exchange Policy
If you request a replacement:
- The replacement product will be shipped after approval
- Processing time is typically 7–10 working days
- In case of bulk orders, special pricing or adjustments may be applied if applicable

- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Activated or registered QR tags may not be eligible for return
- Damage due to misuse is not covered
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection
